University-Level Coordinating Cells & Committees
1Anti-Ragging Cell
Functioning since the inception of the college, the Anti-Ragging Cell curbs the menace of ragging in letter and spirit, following UGC Regulations. It conducts awareness meetings for senior students, briefs newly admitted students, and allots squads to each hostel that conduct daily surprise raids to prevent ragging.

To prevent caste discrimination and promote equity, the SC/ST Cell holds quarterly meetings with SC/ST students to identify any caste-related disparities in college activities or hostels. Complaints are brought to the Associate Dean for action. To date, no caste-discrimination issues have been reported.
3Women Protection Cell & Internal Complaints Committee
The Women Protection Cell was established to prevent sexual harassment of women on campus, holding quarterly meetings for female staff and students to address grievances immediately. As per the POSH Act 2013, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) is also constituted to prevent, prohibit and redress sexual harassment at the workplace. Fortunately, no harassment cases have surfaced on campus.
4Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee
As per the UGC (Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee) Regulations, 2023, a Students’ Grievance Redressal Committee is constituted to address student complaints regarding academic, administrative or personal matters.
