National Service Scheme (NSS)
An active self-financing NSS unit fostering a spirit of social service, leadership and community responsibility among students.
Interested students voluntarily enroll and participate in extension and community activities. NSS volunteers take part in the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan on the third Saturday of every month — cleanliness drives in the college, hostels and nearby villages. A seven-day Special NSS Camp is organized every year, primarily for final-year volunteers, who visit nearby villages for socio-economic surveys, plantation drives, awareness rallies, blood donation camps, health check-up camps and Swachh Bharat initiatives — developing social awareness, teamwork, leadership and civic responsibility.
