B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture
NS Agricultural College offers a four-year undergraduate degree programme in Agriculture — B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture — with two semesters in each year, following the curriculum of the ICAR VI Deans Committee and the New Education Policy 2020.

Grades — 10-Point Scale
Evaluation is done on a 10-point scale (10 points = 100 marks). The percentage of marks in a subject is divided by 10 to obtain the grade point.

Curriculum — ICAR VI Deans Committee & NEP 2020
As suggested by the New Education Policy, the ICAR VI Deans Committee revised the B.Sc. (Hons.) Agriculture curriculum to prepare agriculture graduates to become 'job providers' rather than 'job seekers'. As per NEP 2020 norms the programme is light but tight — 167 credit hours of professional courses plus 10 credits of online courses, with skill development courses, internship and online learning built in.

Online courses successfully completed are indicated in the transcript with a 'Satisfactory' remark. Deficiency courses are assessed as 'Satisfactory' or 'Unsatisfactory' without grade points.
Multiple Entry & Exit System
As per the changes brought in by the ICAR VI Deans Committee, multiple entry and exit options are available for students in the UG programme in Agriculture.
